With unwavering commitment to leveraging shareholders & apos; value, ASEC holding has made a strategic move towards the cement production arena by the end of 2005; a new company was established under the name "ASEC Cement Holding" to pursue the new direction. Capitalizing on the group proven record of expertise for more than 30 years in cement services, coupled with financial and management capabilities, ASEC Cement Holding was able to enter 7 countries with 9 new cement plant projects either through Greenfield operations or acquisitions with expected capacity of 18 mtpa. 

The group companies are managed by ASEC Holding and fully owned by Citadel Capital, the renowned regional private equity firm, since December 2004.
